Dear Reader,
Iâm beyond thrilled to return to the world of MMAâmixed martial artsâin my new Ultimate series. No Limits is Cannonâs storyâyou might recognize him from my previous Love Undercover series. And while youâll see a few familiar faces from that series making cameos here, youâll also meet all-new characters who I hope youâll love!
Anyone who follows me on Facebook and Twitter knows that Iâm a big UFC fan. Love the sport, respect the fighters, and Iâm always intrigued by how such big, capable, lethal and motivated guys can not only fit romance into their training and travel schedules, but are also loving husbands and fathers.
The Ultimate series is not about fighting. Itâs about fighters, aka alpha heroes. Itâs about romance. Itâs about love.
I hope you enjoy No Limits! Feel free to let me know. You can always reach me via social media, or email me using the links on my website at www.lorifoster.com. And if you missed Hard Knocks, the prequel novella introducing the Ultimate series, itâs available now wherever ebooks are sold.
Happy reading!

CHAPTER ONE
COILED TIGHT WITH TENSION, Cannon sat in the leather chair and faced the lawyerâs desk with loaded impatience. From head to toe, his battered body ached, but at present his mind focused on less-physical issues. After finally landing back in the States, heâd planned to spend the day in the hot tub, and the night in bedâwith enough female company to help him forget how close heâd come to losing his last fight.
Three days ago heâd taken on the biggest challenge of his career, his most publicized bout on the main card for the Supreme Battle Championshipâin Japan with a packed house and a lot of expectation from the organization.
Though heâd taken plenty of hits himself, heâd been beating his opponent on points...and then heâd fucked up.
After catching a kick to the liver, heâd lost his air, bent double in excruciating pain, and was going down. Only pure instinct had helped him throw one last punch when his opponent had charged in for the kill.
That punch had landed dead center on the Pit Bullâs glass jaw. Lights out.
