Chapter #1
One sunny morning, Connor saw an old bicycle in the garage. It was covered in dust and had flat tires. Connor’s Daddy, Addison, noticed his curiosity. “Would you like to help me fix it?” Addison asked. Connor’s eyes sparkled with excitement. “Yes, Daddy!” he replied eagerly. They rolled the bicycle out into the driveway. It was time for an adventure!

Addison and Connor went to the tool shed to gather what they needed. They picked up wrenches, screwdrivers, and a tire pump. “Tools are very important,” Addison explained. “They help us fix things.” Connor nodded, trying to remember the names of each tool. They carried the tools back to the driveway. The work was about to begin!

Addison showed Connor how to clean the bicycle frame. They used a cloth to wipe away the dust and dirt. “This is like giving the bicycle a bath,” Addison said. Connor giggled and helped scrub the frame. Soon, the bicycle started to shine. “Good job, Connor!” Addison praised. Connor felt proud of their progress.

Next, Addison and Connor checked the brakes. “Brakes are very important for safety,” Addison explained. They pressed the brake levers and watched the brake pads move. “These are a bit worn out,” Addison noticed. They carefully replaced the old brake pads with new ones. Connor learned how to tighten the screws. The brakes were now ready to keep the rider safe.
